Kellan Lutz’s Calvin Klein Model Picture!

When the announcement came down that  The Twilight Saga: New Moon and The Twilight Saga: Eclipse star Kellan Lutz would be modeling for Calvin Klein’s underwear advertisement campaign, many were intrigued as to how this actor-turned-model would look in the photos.

Wonder no more, for the first photograph from Lutz’s Calvin Klein campaign has finally been revealed.

“What more can you do,” he said, “than be on a billboard for something that you grew up thinking was super sexy and classy? It’s really prestigious and I love it.”

So, after all the wait, what do you think of the photo? Is it what you expected from Lutz joining with Calvin Klein? Why or why not?

Kellan Lutz signs on for ‘Love, Wedding, Marriage’

Kellan Lutz may not have won the part as Conan just yet but he did win another role with Many Moore as his wife. According to Just Jared the film is entitled Love, Wedding, Marriage.

Lutz will reportedly portray the husband of a marriage counselor whose parents split up, causing her (portrayed by Mandy Moore) to go into career mode to try and reconcile them. The director of the project is going to be My Best Friend’s Wedding star Dermot Mulroney, and this will be his first stint as a director.

This will be Mandy Moore’s second recent wedding-oriented film, after 2007’s License To Wed (with Robin Williams and The Office star John Krasinski).

Kellan Lutz confirms his interest in the ‘Conan’ role

It seems that Twilight Saga star Kellan Lutz officially confirmed his interest and potential for starring in the new Conan The Barbarian film.

Lutz told E! Online reporter that he was indeed in the running for the picture and that it he were cast, he’d portray a younger, different version of Conan than did the original’s star Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Of course, Lutz wasn’t the only Twilight star to have shown an interest in leading the film. New Moon and Eclipse co-star Daniel Cudmore had also auditioned for the part.

Also, according for E! it’s between Lutz and Stargate: Atlantis star Jason Moma.

“They’re finalizing so they’re trying to figure out what happens next,” said Lutz. “If it happens, it happens.“

Life after Twilight for Kellan Lutz on “A Nightmare on Elm Street”

I bet when Kellan Lutz decided to join the Cullen clan for the Twilight Saga, he didn’t imgine the huge success it would have. Lutz who plays the big brother to Robert Pattinson’s Edward will be making an appearance on Nightmare on Elm Street later next year. A recent article from blackbookmag did an interview with him and got ask him questions about his future after Twilight.

Does going to auditions make you nervous?
No, I love them. I always fight for them and hate when some agents make us put ourselves on tape and send it to the casting director. I like winning the room, if that makes sense; hanging out with the casting directors and talking with them. An audition is 50% knowing your lines and the other 50% is being personable.

So do you avoid the flashiness of LA’s nightlife?
There’s some things you should go to. Last night I went to the InStyle party and it was very beneficial for myself to meet the editors and hang out with them. It’s all about making relationships—real relationships, you don’t need to be fake. You just talk and build that bond for future endeavors. It’s really weird seeing other actors who go to every single thing, every party out there. It doesn’t appeal to me.

What’s a Twilight mom? I’m assuming it’s parents that take their kids to these things?
Well actually most of the time it’s the opposite. It’s funny because the mom’s are like, “Oh, we need a picture for my daughter, can you get a picture for my daughter.” And I’m like, where is she? And she’s like, “Oh, uh, she’s grounded this week.” There’s groups of Twilight moms that go to every convention. That’s the amazing thing about Twilight. It’s for everyone.

So what was it like filming the Nightmare on Elm Street remake?
Freddie scared me growing up. I watched a lot of horror movies with my dad and my brother. There’s something about Freddie Kruger attacking you in your sleep that terrified me. I mean, that’s probably why I only get four hours of sleep a night, I hardly dream. And having the chance to be a part of this movie, and it’s a psychological thriller versus some bloodbath, I’m blessed. I’m the guy that you want to root for in this because he’s a good guy having these problems because he can’t sleep, and he sees Freddie when he sleeps, so he just stays up.

Going a teen fiction novel to a horror story movie that we were afraid of when we were younger. Talk about a change. Hopefully it all works out well for him, all we can really do is wish him luck & support him on his success!

Kellan Lutz Calvin Klein Underwear Ad Campaign Spokesmodel

While Taylor Lautner is in discussions to front the next range of Armani underwear ads, the heartthrob’s Twilight co-star Kellan Lutz has reportedly been tapped to strip down to his skivves for a collection from designer competitor Calvin Klein.

“The executives have a plan to model the ads very similarly after the famous Mark Wahlberg campaign in the 90’s. They want to recreate the look of the hugely successful ads, and who is better than Kellan Lutz to fill out those little underwear?”

Who would you rather see in their underwear? Taylor Lautner or Kellan Lutz?

‘Twilight’ stars light up IMDb’s Top 100 of 2009 listing

All year long, the coveted top spot on IMDB’s STARmeter has belonged to two of Twilight’s leading actors. Since the release of Twilight, Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart have been balancing up and down on the list. Recently, the 2009 edition of the STARmeter came out and with no surprise Robert Pattinson made number one and Kristen Stewart came in right behind him in second.

It’s obvious that this movie has made a huge impact on many of the star’s careers because a lot of the cast seemed to have made the list. Taylor Lautner took the number five spot, and Dakota Fanning placed eighth on the list. Beyond the top ten list, too, there is a lot of Twilight and The Twilight Saga: New Moon cast representation. Ashley Greene is number eleven; Nikki Reed holds down the fifteenth spot; Jackson Rathbone came in at twenty-six; Peter Facinelli is thirty-seventh; Kellan Lutz came in at thirty-nine; Michael Sheen is forty-fifth; and Cam Gigandet is at number sixty.

Just got to give the Twilight cast a round of applause!
